In demanding careers and complex systems, time is often the first thing we lose. Meetings multiply, requests accumulate, and the work expands to fill every available space. Over time, it can begin to feel as though our calendars—and our priorities—are no longer our own.
This highly interactive workshop is an invitation to take that time back.
We will begin by naming the systemic and cultural forces that make protecting our time so difficult, especially for Scientists, Women, and Mothers. From there, participants will partner through a structured peer coaching experience to reflect on how their time is currently being used, surface what truly matters most, and identify where boundaries, priorities, or expectations may need to shift.
Participants will leave with:
A personalized time-reclamation experiment designed to withstand anticipated barriers
Built-in accountability from a peer
Practical peer coaching tools they can immediately apply in their work and leadership
