If Your Keynote Doesn’t Drive Action, It’s Not Working

Most keynotes in academic medicine and STEMM inspire. Very few actually change what people do next.

Mine are built to do exactly that.

My keynotes and group coaching workshops are designed as active, experiential learning environments, not passive listening sessions. I integrate evidence-based content with live peer coaching, facilitated peer connection, and immediate application — so participants leave with momentum, not just insight.

As a leader in faculty wellbeing and vitality, an NIH-funded investigator, neuropsychologist, and professional executive coach, I bring a deep understanding of neuroscience, learning, and human behavior.

I’m also an introvert who knows the unique terror of “turn to your neighbor and discuss” — and the unexpected magic when it’s done well. That lived experience shapes how I design warm, expertly facilitated keynotes where introverts and extroverts alike feel welcome, supported, and even have some fun!

What sets my speaking engagements apart:

• Participants coach and are coached instead of just hearing about it

• Peer connection is intentionally built, even in large audiences, virtually or in person

• Attendees leave with clear next steps, accountability, and tools they can reuse

• The impact continues long after the keynote ends

Topics include career crafting, values alignment, reclaiming time, authentic networking and sponsorship, and creating a culture of coaching.

If you’re planning leadership, faculty wellbeing, or professional development programming for 2026 or 2027 and want something more than a traditional keynote, let’s talk.
